Olyvia updates!
We are quickly approaching the one year anniversary of "GOTCHA DAY"...I am in awe at how quickly this year has flown by, and perfectly content at how my life has changed in a single year. In one year I have lost sleep, my brain, drunken stupid nights out but happily gained two beautiful, bright, free spirited girls...
Every day Olyvia surprises me, especially with her language...She is now enrolled in Kindermusik, which she loves...she is the youngest in her class, but the biggest ham! Music is definielty her "thing"...She has such rythum and loves, LOVES to dance! She even sings now...In class she learned, "A Hoy There Mate"...and we catch her singing this often...Livy's new favorite movie, "The Little Mermaid", which she calls "Ariel", grabs her attention like no other and she attempts to sing each song played...she is so cute!!
Olyvia also counts to ten, can pick out blue, red, yellow and orange...as well as sing just about the entire alphabet! She is now learning her shapes, and being the ham she is, Liv attempts to learn the hardest shapes first, her favorite..."OCTAGON". I just laugh!!
We are debating sending her to school in the Fall. Her intelligence level is so incredible that we were told she is the perfect candidate, but I am not sure if I am ready for that....I never want these early days to end, and the thought of "School" just scares me to death. I am leaning towards waiting until next year when she is three, but we will see...I am not ready for my babies to leave their nest. Does anyone no of a way to keep them young forever????????
On any note, Olyvia is doing just great. She is out going, funny, free spirited, beautiful and so much more....I cannot pick out ONE characteristic that describes her, as their are so many...Me, I am just lucky...
